Aerivo is a mobile app that helps you quit smoking, vaping, alcohol, sugar or another habit. This policy explains what data the Aerivo app and the aerivosapp.com website process, why, and your rights.

1. Data we process

Account

• A random account ID and a device key created on first launch (stored in your phone's secure storage; only a hash of the key is kept on our server).
• App language, country/region and currency taken from your phone settings, and the platform (iOS/Android).

What you enter

• The habit you're quitting, quit date, how much you used to consume and its price, your motivation text and savings goal.
• Cravings you log (time, strength, trigger, optional note) and slips (time, trigger).
• Messages you send to the AI coach and its replies.

Information about smoking, alcohol or other addictions can be considered health-related data. You provide it voluntarily by entering it; you can delete it at any time.

Purchases

If you subscribe, the App Store or Google Play processes the payment; we never see your card details. We receive the subscription status (product, expiry, store, test or real purchase) through RevenueCat.

Technical data

Our servers keep short-lived technical logs (e.g. IP address, time, request path, errors) to keep the service secure and working.

2. How we use it

• Show your streak, savings, health timeline, badges and insights.
• Generate AI coach replies that take your progress and motivation into account, in your language.
• Manage your plan (free or Premium) and daily message limits.
• Prevent abuse, fix errors and keep the service secure.

3. AI processing

When you write to the AI coach, your message, the earlier messages of that day and a short summary of your progress (habit, streak, money saved, cravings beaten, your motivation) are sent from our server to Anthropic (Claude), which generates the reply. The app never talks to the AI provider directly. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. AI replies are general support, not medical advice, and can be wrong.

4. Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. We use these service providers only to run the service:

We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Because some providers are outside your country, your data may be transferred internationally; we only use providers that protect it under their terms.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. The database is not reachable from the internet. AI and payment keys are stored only on our server, never in the app.

6. How long we keep data

• Your habits, cravings, slips and coach messages: until you delete them or your account.
• Purchase records: as long as the law requires.
• Technical logs: a few days to weeks; backups are overwritten within 14 days.

7. Deleting your data

In the app go to Profile → Delete all my data. Your account and all related data are deleted from our database immediately and from backups within 14 days. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. If you can't access the app, email support@aerivosapp.com.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing and to withdraw consent. Write to us at support@aerivosapp.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Age

Aerivo is intended for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from children; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

We may update this policy. Important changes will be announced in the app or on this page; the current version is always here.
