AerivoTerms of Use

These terms apply to the Aerivo mobile app and aerivosapp.com ("Aerivo", "we"). By using Aerivo you agree to them.
1. What Aerivo is — and isn't
Aerivo is a self-help tool for quitting smoking and other habits: a streak counter, savings calculator, health information, breathing exercise and an AI coach. Aerivo is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat anything. Health timelines are general estimates based on public-health sources and vary between people. Talk to a doctor about nicotine replacement, medication or withdrawal. If you have serious symptoms (for example during alcohol withdrawal) or thoughts of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number immediately.
2. AI coach
The AI coach generates replies automatically. They can be incomplete or wrong and are not professional advice. Don't rely on them for medical, legal or emergency decisions. Don't use the coach to create harmful or illegal content.
3. Account
Aerivo uses an anonymous account stored on your device. If you uninstall the app (on Android) or lose the device, your data may become inaccessible. You are responsible for your device. You must be 18 or older.
4. Premium subscription
- Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your store account settings. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- We may change features or prices; price changes for existing subscribers follow store rules and are announced in advance.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, overload it, reverse-engineer it or use it to harass others.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design and content belong to Aerivo. The texts you enter remain yours; you allow us to process them to provide the service.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Aerivo available and accurate but provide it "as is", without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. You can stop using Aerivo and delete your data at any time.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; Istanbul courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
